It’s been a very busy week, and through all of that I lost my inspiration. It’s really easy to lose ourselves sometimes when we are knee deep in paperwork, stuck in traffic on the 401, or fighting with our cell phones and computers. Our busy lives often consume us and we end up giving in to the day-to-day work flow.
That was until I started working on this blog post. All of my passion came flooding back. Not just because it was a wedding in the Dominican, but because of the raw emotion that we captured on this wedding holiday with amazing people. I put this all together and realized that its not what we have that makes us… its what’s inside that truly connects all the dots.
Alright, enough of the cry-fest !
This wedding was stunning!!! So simple, classy and elegant I’m not sure where to begin. We arrived in Punta Cana and stayed at the Melia Caribe Tropical resort. Quite possibly the biggest resort in the world however perfect for weddings and so much to do while you are there. Lets just say that this Newfie-Portuguese wedding definitely made their mark in the sand while they were there… I was afraid that the island would run out of alcohol at one point.
A tropical island, great friends, a wonderful family… so much to be thankful for… thats where inspiration comes from.
